Learning is a permanent change in the attitude, skill set and behavior of the employees in a workplace setting. When, it will be introduced in a workplace setting then employee's managerial strengths must be developed.
Learning styles like audio & visual techniques, logical, verbal , physical and others can be utilized to impart best possible knowledge to the adults for providing them preventions and precautions related to many challenges faced by them in organizational management.
Personalities of executives and other trainers may be provide some inspiration to the individuals. An extrovert trainer will influence the communication and relationship with trainees. It may be possible that a trainer who have introvert personality might less speak and audience will unable to clarify their doubts regarding organizational problems. Type A and Type B personality types will also impact the learning of adults working with organization. Type A never open their minds to deliver sophisticated training module. Type B's personalities will be ready to accept the challenges faced by themselves adults are more influenced by verifiable knowledge and Extension given to them.
