Answer 1. Nursing is a profession that has multiple roles and each of these roles have general and specific duties. The important duty of professional nurses is maintaining and promoting of individual and human society health care.

Communication is both receptive and expressive. Nurse's must be skilled at listening to their students as well as explaining thimgs clearly.They must be able to break down complex ideas into simpler parts and smaller steps to transmit to their students.

Effective communication includes transforming the boring into intersecting and having good presentation skills.

Nurse educators need to have excellent communication skills, be creative, have a solid clinical background, be flexible and possess excellent critical thinking skills.

During Our college time their was one Physiology sir who used to have very good communication skills like the way he delivers the lecture, his confidence about the subject and way how he makes the lecture intersecting. Due to his such good teaching skills each and every student pay attention in class and study sincerely and when we get back to home just a few minutes reading would clear all the doubts and make our subject strong.

Thus good communication skills helps the students to take interest in subject and study the subject which help them in their future.

Answer 2. The ability to communicate with those who speak different language is a very good and a needed skill among the teaching process because it affects the whole teaching.

If a teacher is able to teach student in his language it will affect the student teacher bond which is very necessary in teaching as it will make the Student teacher bond strong and will definitely help the student to learn more and get more interest in subject.

During Our clinical posting we were posted in Skin department most of the student were good in English. Once a patient came and senior told me to take the medical history of the patient. First the patient was hesitant because I was asking questions in English then I understood that patient is unable to convey so I started talking to him in local language and the patient became comfortable and started giving his medical history and told about his problem easily.

Answer 3. Nurse educators play a vital role in strengthening the nursing workforce, sreving as role models and providing the leadership needed to implement evidence based practice.

Nurse educators are critical players in assuring quality educational experience that prepare nursing workforce for a diverse, ever changing health care environment.

Nurse advocate are the liasion between patients and doctors. They help patient understand their diagnosis and make best decision about their health.

Nurse educators and Nurse Advocate both some professional duties like the educators train the students and prepare them for any emergency condition while the nusre advocate helps the patient at every level of treatment.

Nurse educators and Nurse Advocate both need to have good communication skills, both need to have deep knowledge because then only they would do their jobs perfectly.

Good communication skills are needed by teacher to teach students and make them learn to tackle difficult situation while good communication skills helps the nurse advocate to communicate with patient and tell the patient about each and every detail of the treatment.
