Culture is not simply about dance, music and festivals. These are however very important parts of culture. It is an umbrella term which relates to the social behaviour exhibited by the society or the individuals living inside it. Culture can be considerate of the norms of the society which are compared as the basics of ethical premises. It also includes the belief, laws and customs of a community in the society. One of the important aspects of culture is language that is commonly used within the culture which works as a distinct feature for the recognition of the culture itself.

As the above definition explains how culture is an integral part in the development of an individual's personality by being associated with not only the social factors of the culture but also how it influences the parenting styles and growing patterns within the young adults or children of that particular culture and community.
