Expert Solution

There is a more effective way to address the function of the court(s) in setting legal standards applicable to the professional practice of criminal justice. Courts play a critical role in establishing legal standards across the criminal justice system. In some ways, the courts are the last place a criminal wants to be while awaiting their "sentence." While different courts around the globe may or may not have particular policies and procedures governing fair trials, The United States must continuously operate per all people's Constitutional Rights (Sourdin, 2016). For the accused, it may be an ideal scenario for the courts to help draft what demonstrates statistical evidence on the decrease of recidivism rates. The courts are critical in ensuring that due process is observed at all stages of justice administration. When the court guarantees that criminals get confessions, among other things, it ensures that ethical standards are established that are governed by criminal duties to provide objective judgments to safeguard people.

Ethics is more critical than legal interpretation and fair judgments in any criminal justice practice. Therefore the court must guarantee that legal interpretation and reasonable judgments are made without personal emotions or religious connections. Ethics is the most critical element of how criminal justice practitioners operate within the confines of the law. Judgments must be authorized within the anticipated timeframes for upholding the country's laws and specified constitutional principles of conducting defined constitutional decisions (FELDMAN, 2011). The courtroom procedures and the approval of legal judgments, including cross-examination of evidence and the constitution. This contributes to the non-biased decision-making process's motivation in maintaining the court's authorized results.
