The criminal justice reform bill and its impact on non-violent drug offenders
There are two types of drugs offenders violent and non-violent. Violent offenders who give rise to violence, rape, domestic violence etc. and non-violent offenders are those who commit incidents like money laundering, terror finance, human, trafficking, drug trafficking etc.
If the criminal justice system in the USA is strengthened through this bill then it can have the following benefits. First, a person who has been declared a criminal on the basis of suspicion and is not a criminal and has to live in jails and has to face torture, then he will get justice and also a person who is really guilty, but the criminal justice system Due to not being right, he is out of jail and if he is not punished, then he will get punishment and the victim will get justice.
If the system is not good and the waste of money due to delay of justice occurring,after making good system then it will be utilized properly.If the criminal justice system becomes good, then those people who commit crime and repeat the crime again because of the system is not good, then their crimes will be reduced.
After the creation of this bill, the regulation of drugs will be done properly and the people who take drugs in unnecessary amounts will be able to control themthem as well as their connection with drug supplier can be find out .
Correctional homes will be built for non-violence drugs offender treatment and timely treatment by providing good facilities.
After the creation of this bill, the illegal supply of drugs and the mafia and money laundering etc. that work behind it will also help to prevent and regulate it.
Through this bill, awareness will be spread among the families and children should be kept away from such mediums so that they get used to drug addiction and become non drug violants.this can be done through study syllabus as well as through advertising , poster and othe media.
