1. The limitations of leadership in criminal justice organizations-

a. Extent of proactiveness- a leader, especially someone dealing with criminal justice organizations needs to be comparatively more pro- actice as many of the outcomes depend upon experimentattion.

b. Risk taking- Often, personnel in this area are supposed to have a wider risk taking capability as the decisions are crucial and may demand quicker still accurate applications of psyche.

c. Technology compatibility- There has to be a well versedness regarding the newest technology that can be utilized for the accomplishment of the tasks.

d. Confilct occurance- The occurance of conflicts amongst the personnel and the effectiveness of the resolution systeem decides its positive or negative impact upon the work culture. Hence to be taken care of.

The pace of diffusion of leadership depends upon these factors.

No, it cannot be certainly said that the best individuals can become criminal justice administrators or managers because the role of these profiles deals pureely with human beings and each aspect of the work life is with the human touch. That's why there is a room for many personal traits to creep in which may dilute the work. Further, there are some uncontrollable factos of the environment wherein one can't be sure regarding the possible future behaviour of the said profiles.

3. Yes, of course, many of the problems associated with criminal justice leadership are leadership problems. These are basically problems at an individual (human) level. We can strongly expect a prison warden to effectively manage an overcrowded prison.
