Inclusion and Inclusive environment means to create an organisational culture where people feel included in the achievements and processes. The biggest challenge I feel that to create an inclusive environment would be the nature that employees possess. Every employee is different, having different background, skillset and value. Thus, to establish an environment where everyone can fulfil their potential at equal level and opportunity is a challenge itself.
If I would be the leader, I would firtly employ the use of free communication within the organisation. Most of the problems could be easily solved by communicating in the most effective and efficient manner. Thus to make employees feel included, I would preferably try to make the barriers go away and make communication free to make them understand about hoe valuable their ideas are and they should be included. Secondly, I would offer many training and developmental programs to makw them learn about the different cultures, ethics and values other people possess. To make their insecurity go about differences and to feel included, an equal organisational culture should be created which can only be done by making the employees learn and adapt various changed by developmental and training programs.
