Expert Solution

A Global Culture Report highlights the achievements of the employees spread across the globe. It is a medium to connect employees located at distant locations together. Thus, enriching the organizational culture and aligning the resources towards achieving the common organizational goal. This also enables knowledge sharing. Improvements made in one location can be easily transmitted to other locations. Thereby, improving the organizational effectiveness.

As for an example, we can take example of any multinational enterprise such as Siemens or Rockwell who publish Newsletters and periodic magazines to appreciate the high performers, boost innovation and motivation and inspire all the employees. Also, it is a means to build an organizational culture or set up an inclusive environment where mission and vision statements and values upheld are communicated.
