  1. For creating a curriculum it is important to first understand the purpose of the curriculum. It is important to brainstorm what all you will requite to cover in order to achieve the purpose of the curriculum and also have clear objectives as to what all you skills and knowledge would you want to equip the students with by the end of the course. This can be followed by developing a timeline wherein you should know how much time you have in order to complete the course. Post which we need to focus on how the curriculum needs to be distributed. Counting the number of hours available and allowing different topics accordingly. It is also important to take a look at the available curriculums so that we have an idea about how we can design ours.
  2. For creating a lesson plan for a week it is important to go one day at a time! we need to first lay down an objective for each class that we have. Along with the objectives we need to understand and write down the materials that we would be required and the procedure that we would follow in each class and conclude by what the students will learn at the end of each lesson. E.G. if we have 5 classes per week (1 hour classes each) we can frame a small structure for each class like : Objective, Procedure, tools (like arts, supplies, books), games/activities, Take aways.
  3. It can be quite a difficult situation to take out family time with a busy schedule. Incase you don’t have all day it is important to at least have one meal, say dinner, together on the table where the family can come together and discuss about their respective days. When it comes to children, you can have a quick bed time with them where you can teach them how to introspect and check if everything is going fine.
  4. For taking out personal time one can go for a long walk, preferable early morning, which will help you gather your thoughts together and give you some peace of mind.
  5. Assignments can be weekly based on what has been taught. We can also include creative questions wherein the students apply the knowledge. This will give them better insights and foster them to think out of the box. They can be graded on their understanding of the concept, creativity and also knowledge. We can also ask them to give their own experience with the subject and lesson and based on that can improvise and make the lessons more interesting and productive.
  6. It is important to go through previous tests in order to have a better understanding of the pattern. Providing them with upgraded knowledge and also having multiple mock tests would really help!
  7. Sometimes because of lack of time we are unable to clear the work area but because we have too much to do we end up working in the same clutter. To manage this we can have a box right next to the work area. When working on any important task we can dump the clutter in the box and keep sorting it out whenever we get some free time.

PS: It would be great if you could provide me with a feedback of this answer so that I can improvise :)
