There are many organisation which have faced the fall of their image due to unexpected events or failures. For example Pepsi has face allegations of presence of harmful contents in their beverages. The company faced many turmoils as some countries banned the drinks from the company. All the beverages were resent to the manufacturer and there came a situation where the company might have been closed completely.
After much struggle the company got cleared by the authority and is permitted to reintroduce it's products into the market. But it was very crucial for the company to regain the trust of people . The PR team made many strategies like having celebrities endorse the brand or making advertisements explaining the results of the tests or campaigning for the beverages etc., They started sponsoring events inorder to promote the products with new packaging.
Some of their beverages were instantly accepted by the consumers but the others faced a lot of struggle where the pR team had to campaign high for these products and prove themselves over and over. Later they came uo with new product line and now the company regained it's fame and it's beverages are on the top of the chart once again.
