HR professionals need to have certain competencies that are primarily important for organizations to possess and act upon and they are Communication skill, relationship building abilities, leadership Qualities and analysis capabilities.

Organizations need to ensure a high quality in recruiting HR professionals and they need to have proper qualification regarding the same as well or else this will impact the functioning of the organization. HR today plays the role of employees advocates, strategic partners, client relationship manager as well and therefore they need to be very much effective and qualified to carry out such activities which will help the organization have a competitive advantage over the other competitors in the industry.
