Review current ideas on global teams that are virtual.
How would you conduct a virtual meeting with people from five different countries and three different time zones?
How do you account for culture and customs that might affect conversation and business etiquette?
In terms of the way the Multinational organization works these days, this is quite common to have a virtual meeting over the webex or skype. So having a meeting with people from different time zone can be possible in the following way:
Considering the dynamics of the organization, the meeting organizer shares a meeting invite to all the 5 people with at least three options to come together at a single time. So three-time-slot gives more chances for all the employee from 5 different countries can come together and on a mutually acceptable time, a meeting can take place.
Being in the Multinational organization we must care for the customer and tradition of others so during the meeting it will not be affected because Multinational organization works under certain ethics and norms which is highly specific to the use of words and sentences while having a cross-cultural discussion. So any fault can be simply avoided.
