Answer . A virtual meeting is one that is conducted by the members of an organization via some kind of electronic medium like skype .

Communication Obstacles that can be faced during virtual meetings:-

>Sometimes when meeting is held virtually , there maybe some kind of netwrok issue and due to this an individual member or group of members may disconnect in between only. This could hamper tge flow of the meeting beingheld .

>Absence of Non-verbal Communication: Some virtual communication procedures, similar to voice calls don't suit faces of individuals. In this manner, it is anything but difficult to confuse a mocking remark for a bona fide one, unless you are exceptionally sharp. This causes miscommunication.

>Some Functions Require Face-to-face Communication: Interacting for all intents and purposes does not unravel all communication needs, for example amid emergency. That is the reason face-to-face discussions will never get obsolete.

>Some Apps Need Skills: Not all communication programming is anything but difficult to utilize. They may expect you to get assistance from somebody, or an association may need to prepare its staff. Face to face communication does not have such a hindrance.

Advantages /gains of virtual meetings :-

>Convinience: People or representatives can communicate with each other from wherever they are. They don't need to meet face to face. This diminishes dissatisfaction, particularly when they are occupied or gotten up to speed in rush hour gridlock.

>Efficient: There is no requirement for a physical gathering to impart. Diverse virtual communication programming enables you to go over whatever data you have from wherever you are. This inevitably spares time.

> Economic: Another favorable position of virtual communication is that you can decrease transport costs. Organizations cut on operational expenses of workers, hence sparing more cash to be utilized on different capacities.

>Fast: Virtual communication sets aside no opportunity to interface with the other individual. It is just a tick away and you get the opportunity to pass on what you have as a top priority.

*TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES :-

>ensure better connection facilities

> conduct an orientation before conducting a virtual meeting . In this orientation you can guide the employees on how to use the application effectively

>try and conduct face to face meetings more as they are more efficient and viable . Use virtual meetings when clients or employees are far away only.
