Virtual Team:

• A group of individual that use technology to stay in connection with the other members in common goal or common project in organization.
• In which group of individuals who work togather from different locations through email, FAX, video conferencing.
• Virtual team are two two types such as follows:
• Global Virtual team: These type of teams are located in different countries all over the world.
• Local virtual team: These type of teams are a local virtual workgroup usually belong to the same company.
• Virtual teams examples are like, management team, project teams etc.

Disadvantages of virtual team:

• Communication gaps not being present face-to-face. Lack of face-to-face communication makes it difficult to establish a common knowledge sharing.
• Less team bonding refers to teams are not connect regularly and face-to-face. this results are bad imapct on teams. a bad team bonding can make a team very weak.
• Speed and timming refers to gathering talent from all parts of the wprld very intersting. but one has to face the difficulties in regard timming and cultural.
• Technological issues virtual teams are depended on internet and computer for getting there work done. Power cuts, virus, network issues are difficulties arise in virtual team.

b) In which we are discuss the successful business tips conducting by virtual team. there which use tips such as follow;

• Learning climate: It is the important part of virtual team to successful business analysis. learning climate is helpful identification of business connection and other more things.
• More Interaction: It refers to more and more interaction with entire team is of the virtual variety.
• Get to know your staff as people: It means all staff meeting the bonds of familiarity with casual talk at the start of videoconferencing and calls.
• Set clear vision: It is the important part it means when vision and expectation of work is clear. and set in proper way than work is easily done and acheive set of goals.
• Build trust: In a geographically distributed team trust is measured important part in terms of reliability.
