In modern day , we know that companies don't know what to offer so that to attract the customers for long term. To meet such types of problems in colleges, we have decided to supply healthy as well as low harmful food stuffs to the students, staffs and other stakeholders.
We have the following main objectives to achieve:
1) To supply foods with a balanced calorie approach which will be a high quality offerings to the college's stakeholders like students, faculties and other people.
2) To extract the food products with organic ingredients.
3) To create an environment where people demand only sustainable food stuffs.
Strategies:
1) To offer low cost food as compared to the other caterers.
2 ) To work on the integrated activities of value chain like operations, sales & marketing, HRM, technology etc.
Tactics:
1) Procuring ingredients from those local farm producers which are known to be organic one. Even sustainable farming should be focused to ensure good quality products.
2) Utilization of technological advancement must be implemented.
3) Best People related policy must be developed.
4) operations managers must be given tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluation:
1) To evaluate we can utilize balanced scorecard approach.
2) Try to analyze the benefits and cost analysis investment on marketing plans.
3) To see the increased market share after these strategies and tactics.
4) To analyze the strategic positions through product - market matrix.
