First time going to describe about the repositioning market plan as product repositioning is the complete and overall change of the product which is already in the market. This is the unique way of of making changes into product to make them new. this is really beneficial and helpful to any organisation as people tends to be attracted towards the changed and unique products.
There can be several ways by which a product can be repositioned in the market such as :-
1) KNOW YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE :- while repositioning a product it is really important to know about the audience which we are going to Target for the product repositioning. Audience place the most important role as they are the and uses of the products.
2) KNOW YOUR COMPETITION :- this is the significant and most important it take to do while repositioning a marketing plan as the competitive play very important role when it comes to repositioning the product the competitors can establish in many strategies to over shine our product but we should be very careful with the competition and the competitors.
3) UNIQUE SELLING PRICE :- the price of the product place very important role in the price of the product should be unique and different as while repositioning the price play most important role because people get attracted towards the affordable prices.
4) CAREFULLY CRAFT YOUR MESSAGE :- while repositioning a product it is very important that we carefully craft the message we are going to to give people. the message should guide the and uses of the consumer to the right path and should be meaningful.
Things to add in the repositioned product should be the things that consumer is expecting in the product and things should be removed such as the complaints for things that are bothering the consumers.
