Different Job Training methods in Organisation
1.On the Job Training: The person is made to work on the job so that he/she can understand the nature of skillset required by actually doing it.
2.Apprenticeship training: It is a type of training where the trainee works under a master craftsperson with a combination of classroom learning and on the job training.
3.Computer-Based Training /Simulated Training: It involves the use of computer systems with an interactive and realistic scenario with different multimedia like video, photos, and animation.For example, the pilots initially learn to fly the aircraft with a simulated cockpit.
4.Case Study Method: It is suitable for training managerial people who are assigned a case study with the description of the problem to analyze and are asked to present a feasible solution within a stipulated time.
5.Conferences/Seminar : Most of the private companies and elite universities organize international conferences and seminars globally.People can learn by attending such events.
6.Informal learning: Most of the people learn the job activities through informal means of performing them on a regular basis.
