What are the two less common training methods and why are they used?
Training has been an integral part in the organization's radar and there is actually no way that training can be substituted. I believe that it is the process by which employee are made enabled for the organization and the role that they need to play in the process in made possible. There are lot of training methods to achieve such goals and among them the less common training methods are:
1. Role playing - in this way of training the employees are made to play the role that they may be playing in the future and their activities and reactions are assessed and evaluated based on that. This is conducted in order to provide the employees a feel of what they need to do when they are actually involved in a project or task or activity.
2. Outdoor training - this is the most less used training methods except in a few professions like field salesm Generally such training methods are not considered valid anymore, this was used to make the employees aware how they need to behave when they are in certain situations.
