Technology has widened the scope exponentially where interns can observe and record the work of their seniors and can learn from it even when they are not in offices. Technical devices like laptop, etc can store years and years of data, which interns can analyse and predict what changes they need to do. This digital world has also allowed supervisors to create real life scenarios where interns can be tested like showing a presentation,etc. It also helps them to keep a track record of their performance digitally and they can also compare it with previous data.
Business games are done for training of managers where their decision making, communication etc are tested in real life scenarios . Various digital apps are made for the use if managers where they have to give out tests , fill surveys which show their psychological attitude, behaviour pattern etc. Thses technological softwares are automated which give out results without the help of human beings. They are the managers whose performance is calculated by how well its team organise.
