Benefit of training within industry in lean production practices:

• Better Management: Training in Lean Production helps the organization in getting more work done with limited people. This is possible by managing the right resources and eliminating the waste. The resources viz. human resources’ skill levels will be developed once the system is implemented. The Lean approach follows a bottom-top philosophy, in which the management imposes changes on the work process. Under this system, each individual in the organization works to improve his or her skills/performance.

Any organization should prioritise in satisfying their customer’s needs in order to sustain. • Elimination/Reduction of Waste: The Lean Approach is centered around improving production speed and quality through decreasing of unnecessary procedures.
