In other words the product show be acceptable to the targeted market base.

Determination of customer needs and expectations : The another most important consideration would be to determine the needs, desires, wants and expectations of such customer base so as to understand them better in order to match the product features with the customer specifications to maximize satisfaction.

Promoting Positive Culture : Another important practice would be to encourage a corporate culture which shall treat the customer needs and desires as top most priority while conducting operational or manufacturing product. The culture should be such which allows direct contact of customers with relevant staff and ensures maintaining of long term relationship with client base.

Instilling values of trust and loyalty : Another key practice would involve establishing proper trust, loyalty and friendliness with customers which increases the chances of customer loyalty and commitment.
