Describe the expectations and objectives of a client that can fulfil clients’ goals.
Understanding the client’s expectations and objectives, setting goals, meeting their needs, delivering on time is very imperative for any business. Unless you are both working towards the same goals, it will lack a fulfilling relationship. In today's landscape, when the retention and acquisition of customer are dependent on reputation, delivering a smooth experience that always fulfills the expectation of client is essential for the business to grow; thus it is vital that expectations and objectives of a client need to be realistic and achievable. It is important to align with the client’s business objectives; and working towards the same end result. While managing expectations as the scope or plan of work must outline what deadlines the client need to meet and the deliverables the team needs to stay on track for goals. Be transparent to client in regard to what can and can’t be accomplishing; and what the limitations of the process are.
