1.My practicum goals and objectives are

• Think ,feel,act in accordance with the values and responsibilities of the profession.
• Analyze and assess professional activities.
• Accepting a continious responsibility for their own professional development.
• Approaching problem-solving tasks in a way that reflects spirit of inquiry.
• Demonstrating in discussion and field practice ,a personal and orofessional commitment to participate responsiblyin efforts to alleviate social problems,improve social functioning.

2 There are many models and nursing theories.I use Imogene Kings theory into my practice.it provides me with a perspective to view patients situations in an orderly manner.That is to organize the hundreds of data bits encountered in the to day to daycare of clients and a way to analyze and interpret the information.it helps me plan and implement care proactively,that means i became more organized and purposeful Als i will be having more control over the outcomes of care and will be able to communicate better with clients
