When establishing goals and objectives, how would you describe the relationship between the goals and objectives with the organizational vision, mission, and values?.
Relationship between goals and objectives and organizational vision, mission and values, an organization has to put into consideration its mission statement which consist of the vision , mission and value when establishing goals and objectives. this is because the mission statement act as a guide for the individual running the business as well as the daily operations of the organization. The goals on the other hand give statement about what the organization wants to achive while objectives give statement about what is going to be achieved and when therefore,the goals and objectives give specific direction as to what and when the organization will achive its vision,mission and value. when establishing goals and objectives, it is important to note that they have to be with the organization vision. The organizations goals and objectives have to be in line with the values of the company as well as the employees.
organizational purpose comes from a shared view of our visin, mission and values. Satisfying customers requires that you understand their needs, know your own process, and then set goals and objectives to drive and eveluate your action, goals, objectives,mission and values.
