1 MY practicum goals and objectives are

• Think,feel and act in accordance with the values and responsibilities of the profession.
• Analyze and assess professional activities
• Accepting a continuing responsibility for their own professional development.
• Approaching problem-solving tasks in a way that teflects spirit of inquiry .
• Use purposeful professional relationship a disciplined self-awareness and control ,a genuine concern for people and understanding them and their concerns.
• Demonstrating in discussion and field practice ,a personal and professional commitment to participate responsibly in efforts to alleviate social problems,improve social functioning ,effect social change and contribute to the research and knowledge needed to achieve these objectives.

2. Therre are many model and nursing theories.I use Imogene Kings theory into my practice.it provides me with a perspective to view patient situations in an orderly manner .That is to organize the hundreds of data bits encountered in the day to day care of clients and a way to analyse and interpret the information.it helps me to plan and implemen care proactively,that means i becme more organized and purposeful.Also i will be having more control over the outcomes of care and will be able to communicate better with clients.
