ANS) -- The process of making a ethical decision is one of the most difficult job and this is the procedures of valuing and selecting from options in a manner with stable ethical principle.And some of the steps in the process of making ethical decisions are,initiate the reality in a situation,come to conclusion did the situation include legal or ethical problems,spot the choice and available outcomes,evaluate your choice, select the good and apt option and last one is to execute your conclusion or determination.

1) Did any laws are braked?
This is one of the major question and is also a easy ethical problem,and from the federal rules to independent firm policies,if a conclusion to a issue include knowingly breaking implemented laws and rules,then its doubtlessly not surely a original conclusion.
2) Who are the stakeholders?
It is very crucial to know that who are going to suffer from the effects, that may be good or bad of a certain activity.
3) What all data are missed?
One not informed conclusion or making decision can make many big problems and its crucial to have all important information.
