We're seeing it in jobs, employment, hospitals, housing, and more - in our personal lives and governments. In reality, social equality and economic justice are among all organizations' primary objectives for leadership growth. This is no surprise as we see our leaders, including community leaders, creating, building and sustaining viable solutions to eliminate injustice. Every day we see leaders focusing on improving communities as they do, for example, by delivering food to neighborhood people at food aid or safe places to meet for homeless people. In addition to dedicating resources, leaders dedicate time, energy, and patience to changing and improving situations. Racial inequality is a complex issue. It can involve powerful people, invisible forces for justice. For example: on June 25, 1941, President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued an executive order offering national defense jobs and other government jobs to all Americans irrespective of race , creed, color or national origin. The landmark incident occurred as thousands of black people threatened to march on Washington for equal employment rights. Leaders' decisions impact masses profoundly. One should be confident enough for others to obey his / her orders. A good communicator can lead well. Words have the power to motivate and make the unimaginable. Having a futuristic vision will definitely help a leader to make the right decision at the right time. The most toughest job of a leader is to convince other people to obey him / her. It gets tough when they look up to you and see how you react to it. If you're doing well, they'll follow you. As a leader, this positive approach should be seen in your actions. One should stay calm and retain the motivation level. The teams are looking at you. When you want others to to give them all, you'll also have to be passionate about it. When they believe you're fully committed, then they will also give their best shot.
