Where in the hospital do you think you may find opportunities for leadership? Do you see leadership opportunities at the hospital where you are currently completing your clinicals/or had past clinicals? Are there more obvious and less obvious leadership opportunities as a nurse in the hospital/clinical setting? As a new nurse on the floor, do you feel you are equipped and/or ready to seek out leadership opportunities (ie. either daily or long term)?

1) In the hospital setting I can find the opportunities for leadership in the patient care,, and in the field of planning, Organizing , actuating & controlling of patient management plan and authority management..

2) No, In may clinicals Leadership opportunities is not seen.. In the field of management leadership is necessary for controlling the management pattern..But Leadership opportunities is not either neccesary or important..

3) The pattern of the clinicals is based on the less obvious Leadership opportunities..

4) As a new nurse I think in the field of my duty leadership is so much necessary for take the patient care properly.. But, Management opportunities is so much necessary..
