1. Business Management includes leadership. Leadership, Direction, Planning are all part of Mangement. However there are few differences between the manager and leader. Proactive leader genrally have wide followers whereras Manager has wide perople who for work him. Leaders device the vision and managers executes those vision. Leader are like coaches and see the potential in the person whereas managers direct the task to the person who he knows can do perform it. Building relationship is a forte of leadership skill whereas deveoping the policy, procedure and system are done on the part of manager. Leadership is generally taken as long term process and management can be short term or long term.
4. SWOT Analysis stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT analysis helps to understand the internal and external factor and how it effects out business. It enables us to understand the oppurtunities, threat and develop course of action with their priority. we can determine the heart/soul of the company i.e. strengthening the positive points, indicating which points should be improved, chances of growth, increasing opportunities, etc. Users of a SWOT analysis often Q & A to generate meaningful information for each category to make the tool useful and identify their competitive advantage.
