He leveraged technology and data science for a truly personalized experience for student.
The byjus company need to change there organizational structure and need to improve their customer services, increase there profit margin and performance improvement-
1- The byjus is the big brand and they need to improve there service such as after sale service of byjus company should get improved and sales person should not bluff any parent to sell the product, the fake infomation should not be provided by sales person to any parent.
2- The byjus can easily increase there profit margin, they should not sell the product by visiting to parents home, they should try to hire sales person and asked them to make a sale on call. This will definitely leads to cost cutting and increase in profit margin for the company.
3- Organizational structure of byjus is very weak, They need to improve or improvise there organisational structure by making change in the flow of information. The proper rules and regulation should get implemented in the company so that organizational structure get better.
4- The performance incentives plan should be there for all the employees so that they will work more efficiently and increase there sale target to get more pay. The incentives plans should be launched by the company for their employees.
5- Byjus should maintain there service such as after sale service should get improved by forming new team and hire more employees in the organization who will going to managed the after sale service of byjus and they will serve better service to their customer and resolve there problem.
