While the strategic management involves the management of the strategies that are to be made for the achieving visions or missions. Normally the study of organisation behaviour is applied in the most efficient organisation while the strategic mangement is to be done for making the organisation working effective and efficient. Organisational behaviour is directly related to the understanding , predictions of the human behaviour while the strategic menagement is related to the efficient implementation of the strategies.
