Organisational behaviour is simply the study that how to behave with or how to people interact with other. While the strategic management involves the management of the strategies that are to be made for the achieving visions or missions. Normally the study of organisation behaviour is applied in the most efficient organisation while the strategic mangement is to be done for making the organisation working effective and efficient. Organisational behaviour is directly related to the understanding , predictions of the human behaviour while the strategic menagement is related to the efficient implementation of the strategies.

The Iron Law of Responsibility means that for years, firms have the responsibility to use their power in order to do positive things for the community instead of abusing of their privileges power and harm the society. The Iron law of responsibility in the long run is for those who does not use the power in such way that they become resonsible for losing it.
