The common definition of water services addressed only the presence of water source in or near the facility but did not consider continuity and safety of supplies, but in middle income areas the supply of water is intermittent and also compromise the safety of supplies, the quality of supply water is not good the awareness of people in middle income areas regarding good quality water and conservation of water is low.

According to WHO "Hygiene refers to conditions and practices that help to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases, and personal hygiene refers to maintaining the body's cleaness Good hygiene is an important barrier to many infections diseases including the faceal-oral diseases, and it's promotes better health and well being. but in middle income areas the awareness regarding hygiene is low(or, lack of awareness regarding hygiene) because those are don't know hygiene play a important role to minimizing the disease spreading percentage.
