Structure of Personality: Taking a Look at Yourself In this activity you'll consider your personality and specifically the kinds of roles you play, the way you respond in different situations, and the things in which you believe. Think of you own personality, identify characteristics that correspond to each of the following components of the structure of personality, and describe these characteristics in the spaces provided. Components

1. Role-related behaviors: How you act in different social situations, for example, as coach or instructor, student, son or daughter, and parent.

2. Typical responses: The way you typically respond in different situations, for example, in a friendly pickup game or exercise class, during the first meeting with new teammates, or when learning a new skill in a comfortable environment.

3. Psychological core: Your most basic and deepest attitudes, values, interests, and motives.

Personality is a crucial aspect to understand behaviour of a person.We all behave in different ways with specified varoius modalities. A sound knowledge about personality can help the trainers or therapists in taking up appropriate professions and designing of appropraite strategies for motivation and training people.

1. Role-related behaviors: I am a calm and composed person.Planning about sports motivationg strategies is my forte as I believe that independent , healthy and fit body is the key for good quality of life.As a coach, understanding personality of my client shall help me in active reception of the training techniques.
2. Typical responses: I generally respond as a charming person, who would focus on friendliness on 'ice breaking' with the new clients.

3. Psychological core: 'Physical movement aspects and psychology are strongly related with one another and they keep interplaying for their mutual growth' is strongly what I believe in.So since I psychologically believe in this.

Certified athletic trainer or physical therapist -They work in areas of quality of life improvement, patient education, examining and development of treatment plans, fitness goals of clients for maintaning their independence.

Fitness instructor - insrtuct and motivate people in exercise activities groups

Sport administrator - operations manager in sports organisations, fitness clubs.
