Anemia
Definition : Anemia is a disease condition in which red blood cell not carry enough oxygen to our tissue and organ.
Red blood cell transport oxygen with the help of oxygen that causes individual feel tired.anemia can is a disease cane be long term or short term also.
Causes: 1) genetic cause in which genes heridated from parent to progeny.
2) destruction of red blood cell from our body.
3)Bleeding cause Anemia due to loss of RBC
Risk factor :intestinal disorder, diet taking lack of vitamin, pregnancy issues,family genetic history etc
Symptoms: Weakness,pain in chest,Dizziness,breathing shortness,headache etc.
Complications: 1) heart proble ( Heart failure)
2) fatigue sever
preventation : 1) eat healthy food
2) Diet with maximum green vegetables
3) Vitamin c vegetables
4)avoid drinking tea and coffee.
Treatment : The Anemia is cured by treatment of Folic acid and iron containing tablet or syrup.
