Story: A school girl molested inside the school campus, the news got licked in the media and Principal of the school wants to save the teacher who has done this job of molestation . Guardians of the childrens of that school wants that school should dismiss the teacher and handover the person to the police. Principal has done a monetary setting with the police officials also thus Police is also not taking any complaints from the guardians.

Here Principals goal is to save the reputation of the school, if it got proved once that molestation has been done inside the school campus then no guardian will allow their childrens to go to that school. Police has achieved in their goals by getting monetary benefits and may think that if we dont accept it Principal may go to higher authority . Further they have the options open for future also.

Now the conflicting part is that guardians are not getting justice , though it will also hamper the reputations of the school but this things are not proved now, as it is not possible without the help of police. So in the longterm school committee will be on higher alert that these types of incidents should not occour again and over a period of time this matter will fade away so everything will get normalised. Here everybody is aware of their goals and needs.
