1/ Suppose you are responsible for the IT infrastructure of an organization, which has about 15desktop computers. You are advised that automation for uniformity is a good solution. What does it mean by “automation for uniformity”? Why is it a good solution in principle? Will you implement a fully automatic system in this case of yours? Why or why not.
automation for uniformity
Automation of a system makes the system uniform which means the system runs without workers at any time.
It provides consistency in the production of products.

Why is it a good solution in principle?
It improves the productivity and consistency. Suppose, we want to make the product at 24 hours. Normal workers cant work for 24 hours continuosly but a automated system can work for 24 hours. Hence, it will give the higher efficiency.

NO we are not going to implement a fully automated system because the organization is small, as there are only 15 desktops.
The cost of implementation will be high in implementing the automation system.
Also, there is lack of flexibility in automation system.
