1. The approach of the marketing strategy for a particular product when multiple strategies are viable with equal merits and demerits.
2. In case of absence of team leader/supervisor who should be responsible in charge of the team unless selected by the team leader/supervisor himself/herself.
b. Following tactics can be used to diffuse the situation and create a positive communication climate:
1. The attitude of ‘You First’ of generosity and courteous for the fellow teammates so that a feeling of mutual understanding can develop among team members and they will be courteous for you when the time comes.
2. Being the in-charge and taking the decisions turn by turn, the meaning is some person has been leading the team in the absence of team leader, he/she should nominate others for the same.
3. To follow the most experienced in the team, as the person having more experience in the team has seen more such situations and eventually turned out to be well for them or instead, they have learned from such situations to avoid conflicts and bad decisions.
c. In order to grow, a person should learn from his/her mistakes and make sure he/she doesn’t repeat the same when a similar situation arises. Being courteous and accepting own mistakes gives and an opportunity to learn from its difference while the person who keeps forcing his/her views on the team will never understand the point of discussions, understanding and respecting other’s views and realizing the mistakes in oneself ideas.
