Identify the three key elements of the human resources planning model and discuss the relationships among them.
The human resources planning model can be composed of 3 ways like
· Predicting the number of workers business needs,
· Analyzing if the supply of potential employees meets the demand and
· Learning to balance the supply and demand cycles.
The resource planning of the model is concerning each other in all aspects when the intakes of the people are concerned. The business has its capacity, ways of operations, and the technology that it uses. This gives the business HR an idea of the elements of the supply chain like where to get the people from or who suites the role along with the size of manpower. The balance of supply and demand is measured with the rate of employee retention or people growing up in positions with time, the retirements, etc in mind. This gives the right idea of the manpower count which is brought in with the demand of the operations with the efforts to achieve the excellence that it has been maintaining. The HR has to plan the inflow of the people from a specific audience with certain skills and experience for the job which gives them the idea of where to look for when needed. Thus the planning and the role of making arrangements make it possible for HR to get the right people at the right time as needed with a good knowledge of the sourcing and its aspects.
