THE FOLLOWING ARE THE STRATEGIES AS A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER TO MINIMIZE THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF EXTERNAL VARIABLES :

1.Human Resource Management is playing an increasingly important role to contribute in organization's profitability and success. They negotiate employee's remuneration skillfully and also play significant role in retaining employees. Alongwith these, it has increased its participation by accessing data related to labor market to daily operations in the organization and then called upon to utilize the knowledge in their work.HR management develops a strategical mindset and they provide knowledge and skills which help in shaping up the workforce of organization.

2.Shaping up the workforce by utilizing the knowledge and skills inculcated from the data piled up from labor market to work processes is an effective task handled by the HR mananagement. They possess the strategic mindset by researching over the market conditions and the operational activities in the organization, which helps in bringing innovative approach to train the employees and to assist them accordingly.

3.HR manager plays as multitasker. His role has great versatility which leads him to play his role outside HR management too for the organization. Some of them are as follows:-

  • HR manager as an Employee advocate:- He utilizes his skills to promote employee's interest while efforting for organizational success.They use their advocacy to develop working environment effective.
  • HR manager as a Counsellor:-Every manager performs counselling activities to a limited extent to their subordinates but HR manager plays counsellor service at organizational level as they are trained in such a way that they can deliver empathy and other behavioral functions.
  • HR manager as a Business partner- He works as a partner in business to reduce costs and bring profitability. He studies design of the process and the established objectives in the organization to align it with HR functions.
