Here I am explaining Panalpina company's experience of the journey to global logistics.

Panalpina - It is a one of the greatest logistic company which is mainly located in Dubai. It started their first global journey in Brazil by assembling the semi-knocked down units for the mobile base stations. In this way, they are outsourced for the manufacturing services in logistics and telecom industry.

The big company like ERICSSON has inaugurated their hardware and software distribution center in the middle east which is nearby in dubai.

Panalpina then tries to pick SKD units, configure, assembly and test them on the spot of Ericsson's customers. In this way, they got different customers quickly in Ericsson's region.

But they have no trade license that time. So they make their logistics trade license and pass all tests of Ericsson's process verification. It is their great success to get a lot of customer's trust.

After that, they make a partnership and have started work with Ericsson. As a result, they become the ruling logistics manufacturing company in the middle east.
