Stress has Negative impact on work.It has effect on emotional and physical helath of a person.

Stress may lead many helath disorders like heart attack , depression , obesity , hypertension and many other fatal disorders.

Approximately. 1/4 to 1/3 rd of U.S workers are under high stress .

Stress brings problems in the family life too .stress is the precursor of cardiac problems and strokes.

Stress distrubs the mental health ,mental health is important in a community or nation.

Stress also reduces the immunity of the body ,that leads to attack'of many bacterial and viral infections.

Stress is a challenge to the health and safety of the workers and to the healthiness of organizations.

Stress brings suicidal ideas,it may cause cancer , psychological disorders and musculoskeletal disorders.
