Race has always been an important part of United States since older times. It is still hard to believe that even in today's modern era, race of a person is given such importance in this particular region. Race is a social construct and is identified and formulated by humans and is identified in terms of being social related to humans. The Blacks and Whites battle have never ended as racism is still practiced here at least in some areas on the basis of political, economic and sociopolitical contexts. It is differentiated on the basis of some laws and even some state issues. If you even have a vein in your body running of black blood ,your are still considered black.
Cyberspace is a buzzword today. Everything originates and ends on the internet. Humans lives revolve around what to post, like, comment or tweet about. People have literally began to discuss social ramifications in this space which is actually digital and not involves any direct human connect. People feel that being overt on the internet is the best resort possible to maintain their legacy and can compliment their needs and voices both. One type of ideological or cultural work that race does in cyberspace is Racial Subjectivity. The free floating and transformation of information, thoughts and views on the net or being modest about racism is the new 'in trend.' People remark, 'In cyberspace, I can change my views as I change my clothes.' This statement clearly mentions how easily one's subjective interpretation on various topics can effect one's understanding on various vital topics out of one which is very crucial is Racism. This has become an obsession against the real identity.
