Solutions

Expert Solution

Answer- A social problem that is important to me is male dominance or patriarchy. Today male dominate girls and everyone. Girls have no say in front of male members in the society.

The main reason for this problem is that there is excess freedom given to men in various aspects of life. Also, the suppression of women, lack of women education, enslavement of women and oppression of women has led to this social problem of male domination or patriarchy.

The elements of society that contribute to this problem are the families of such male members, the girls themselves, the society, teachers etc.

This problem can be alleviated if women become empowered, if girls get proper and good education, if women know well about their rights, if there are various laws for the protection of women, if we have equal employment opportunity and so on.

This problem is perpetuated today in the way that girls are not getting enough opportunity at workplace, homes and they have to be under the influence of male members. Females get less recognition and their role is limited to household works. They have to do whatever their male counterpart tell them to do.
