The levels of production, manufacturing and commercial agriculture during the early nineteenth century greatly affected the American economy and decreased its dependency on imports. The industrial revolution avoid in Greater circumstances with increased wealth and much larger population in the country. The revolution transformed the American economy from agricultural and handicraft based industries to large scale industry, factory system and mechanised manufacturing. The economy used more power resources, machines and techniques of organising work which made the existing Industries more efficient and productive in nature.
Has the increase in population of the country and decrease in opportunities for the farmers working in agricultural sectors of the country this is the major social problem in front of the country was to provide employment to these farmers. The rise in number of factories in the country resulted in providing job for some of these farmers. The living standard and lifestyles of the citizens of the nation completely changed as the effect of the industrial revolution in the country E and more of the population moved to the areas which cause the problem of unemployment and lack in resources to provide the people according to their needs.
Many reforms related to the changing time implemented in the country. Emergence of urbanization, emergence of women’s rights and power, labor unions, policies related to urbanization, introduction of more industries, etc. were some of the political changes made in the country after the industrial revolution.
