You are the only in-house designer at a small company, and you have been working on a website design that think is your best work, so far. Before you began working, you had a meeting with your manager, the Chief Marketing Officer, and you feel like the direction you got for the website design was very clear. About 2 weeks into the project, when you were feeling pretty close to being finished, the CMO called you into his office and let you know that the President of the company has requested that the website functionality change significantly, to match what a competitor is doing on their website. You estimate that will take you at least two more weeks to complete.
