Training action plan, training initiatives, evaluate and revise training, objective of training, and needs of training are the factors that make effective training site. The training need assessment will identify any gaps in current training initiatives and employee skill sets. These gaps should be analysed and prioritised and turned into the organisations training objectives. During implementation phase training program come to life. Organisations need to decide whether training will be delivered in house are externally coordinated.

Safety extends beyond the physical well being of students to have a safe learning environment student must feel welcomed, supported and respected.however school discipline policies and code of conduct do not always support a positive school climate.Personalized learning is one instructional approach that could reverse these trends. Student was feel connected to teachers staff and other students. School can nurture these connections by focusing on students social and emotional learning. Student must feel supported by all those connected to their learning experiences. This include teacher classmate administrator family and community members.
