In general terms a good training will be when the employee or trainee will able to learn everything about the work and will able to give some suggestion regarding the current working style.

There are few basic feature of good training sites such as:-

• The learning site must have easy language that everyone can understand

It is very important that the person or trainee must understand the language of the site properly. So the language or wordings of the modules or content must be easy to be under stable.

• Site must be interactive

The site must have some interactive sections so that the trainee sill not get bored from the same. That must have some pictures, videos, quiz’s etc. so that the trainee concentration will be on the course always.

• Site should recognize to achievements of the trainee

The site must recognize the achievements of the trainee so that he/she will able to feel more motivated and continue the course.

• Site must be flexible

If the site is not flexible enough than the company may create some issue to trainees. So the site must be flexible as well.

• Should help Trainee option to ask question to experts

This is also very important that the site must provide some help to the trainee’s when they are taking training online.
