The three elements in a pie chart are :

  • Chart Title
  • Data Labels
  • Legend. Selected element = Data Labels ​​​​​​​   
  1. Suppose if we want to add data labels :
  • The first step is click the chart to which we need to add the data labels.
  • second step is click Add Chart Element>Data labels which is seen in the upper right of the corner.
  1. ​​​​​​​To remove data labels:
  • First click the chart which contains the data label that is needed to be removed.
  • After that just right click the data label which is needed to remove.
  • After doing the above steps just click delete. Two locations in which we can place the chart are worksheet ,they are the individual spreadsheets which shows the data in the form of rows and columns.The other location to which we can put the chart is on a table where a table is a block of cells which mainly contains data's in the form of table which makes the task easy and simple and one of the main advantage is it will not affect the other data which is present in the worksheet.
