Organizational management is the process that is been considered the process of a leading company that is been effectively using and  controlling its resources. The HIMS is been strongly adovacted and it must be implemented as i also agree on this as the HUMS circulm which contains the helath policies and moreover it also contains the reuqirment that must be fulfilled by a the health organization so it must as it will be the part of the devlopment of health development systems

As the main difference between the HIMS and the MIS is that the HIMS is basically for the Health Management system where as the MIS is the mangament information system as both been part of different technologies department as one is used to manage the health department where as the second take hold the department of the information technology and the similarity between HIMS and the MIS is that both As both management systems have seven building blocks as they both have a good decsion process and the system of analyzing the problem and finding the solution
