1) A design document is a document consisting of the entire layout of plan, structure, contents including the minute details. It is used for a training to ensure proper designing and structuring of the training material. This will include covering all the topics of the session in a sequence such that during the training no information is left out. Thereby improving the overall quality and helping achieve the destined objectives of the training program.
2) Baby boomers were born between 1944 and 1964 and Generation X were born between 1965 - 1979. The former would prefer more traditional and low technology methods while the latter would prefer technology-based courses along with some minute traditional methods. Also, Baby boomers would prefer hard copy of articles and course data as compared to Generation X who would be comfortable accessing both hard-copies as well as digital copies of articles and information.
3) A concept map is a graphical representation of relationships between various concepts. It thereby improves the overall understanding and relating aspects. Also, learners find is more comforting to understand a particular concept in relation with some other known concept. Thus organizing the data to facilitate learning.
